Effective Date: 30 July 2025

By accessing or using the Ajohybrid SaaS platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you represent a cooperative, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.



1. Services Provided


Ajohybrid provides a digital platform for Nigerian cooperatives to manage financial, administrative, and operational activities, including loans, savings, member management, reporting, and payment integrations.



2. Payment Integration & Subaccount Management


  • Ajohybrid integrates with third-party payment providers such as Paystack and Flutterwave for payments and settlements.
  • Subaccounts are created under the Ajohybrid Paystack account and manually verified by Ajohybrid.
  • Users do not have direct access to these subaccounts.
  • Paystack policy states that the first payout for a new or updated subaccount may be delayed indefinitely pending verification.


3. Pricing & Subscription Fees


  • Ajohybrid charges a standard fee of ₦100 per cooperative member per month or ₦1,200 per member per annum.
  • There are no setup, maintenance, or hidden fees.
  • Cooperatives are responsible for collecting and remitting these fees on behalf of their members.
  • Payment can be made via:
    • The renewal subscription page within the Ajohybrid platform, or
    • Direct transfer into Ajohybrid’s official bank account, subject to payment confirmation.

Subscription Renewal & Access

  • Once a cooperative’s subscription expires, both admin and member access will be restricted until renewal.
  • If the subscription remains unpaid for three (3) consecutive months, the cooperative account will be placed on hold.
  • During this period, cooperative data is maintained securely within the system.
  • Upon renewal, the cooperative must pay all backlog fees for the missed months before access is fully restored.


4. SMS Services


  • Cooperatives may purchase SMS credits (float) at a rate of ₦6.50 per SMS.
  • SMS notifications can be activated for services such as:
    • Loan updates
    • Member onboarding
    • Savings updates
    • Share contribution alerts
  • SMS credits must be prepaid and maintained as a float balance.
  • Once the float is exhausted, SMS notifications will stop until topped up.
  • Ajohybrid is not liable for failed SMS deliveries due to incorrect numbers, DND settings, or network issues.


5. Wallet System


Ajohybrid provides an integrated wallet system powered by Anchor (a licensed banking-as-a-service provider). Each member receives a dedicated Providus Bank account through Anchor’s API, usable both within and outside the platform. Wallet funds can be used for cooperative dues, transfers, and withdrawals. Ajohybrid facilitates wallet operations but does not hold funds directly.



6. Refunds


  • Refunds due to system or verification issues will be processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Payment issues should be reported via info@ajohybrid.com.


7. Responsibilities


Ajohybrid will:

  • Verify subaccounts manually and monitor payouts.
  • Ensure system uptime and performance.
  • Issue refunds where applicable.

Cooperatives must:

  • Configure their accounts correctly and report any payout issues promptly.
  • Use the platform for lawful cooperative purposes only.


8. Acceptable Use Policy


Users must not use Ajohybrid to:

  • Commit fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
  • Engage in pyramid or Ponzi schemes.
  • Facilitate gambling, narcotics trade, or arms transactions.
  • Misrepresent cooperative ownership or membership.
  • Interfere with platform functionality through spam or attacks.


9. Dispute Resolution


To report a dispute, contact info@ajohybrid.com with the transaction ID, date, and issue description.

  • Acknowledgment within 1 business day
  • Investigation within 2–3 business days
  • Resolution or refund (if eligible) within 7 business days


10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved under Ajohybrid’s Dispute Resolution Policy.
